Property Management

Moura & Associates is a full service real estate firm offering sales, rentals and property management. In addition to renting your house or commercial unit, our experienced property management team can also offer the following management services.

• Collection of rent
• Arrange service providers to address maintenance issues
• Advise landlord on necessary work or upgrades to their property
• Pay service providers from the proceeds of rent
• Provide monthly/quarterly statements of incomings and outgoings of rental unit
• Bi-annual or annual inspections
• Check out at termination of the lease

We offer the above services for a fee of 10% of the monthly rent, which includes finding the tenant and preparing the lease. Additionally, we offer an option of ½ a month’s rent as a finder’s fee and 7.5% for management services thereafter.
