With over 15 years experience in the real estate industry in Bermuda, Albert takes great pride in the company he has built with the help of some very dedicated staff. Prior to real estate Albert's background experience includes sales and the construction industry. Albert's wife Debbie, with whom he has been married over 20 years, has been with Moura & Associates since it's inception. Together they have two children, Lindsay, 18, and Justin, 15. His favourite pastimes include boating, fishing and golf.

Debbie has been with Moura & Associates since its inception and has worked closely with her husband Albert growing the company to where it is today. She recently acquired her real estate license and took over the responsibility of the Rental/Property Manager, a position she had worked closely with for several years prior. Debbie's previous work experience as an interior designer and general manager of one of Bermuda's largest furniture stores gives her necessary skills to provide our landlords and clients with superior service. Together with Albert they have 2 children, Lindsay, 18, and Justin, 15.

Originally from England, Liza moved to Bermuda about 16 years ago. She not only fell in love with the Island but also with her husband Delton. Together they have two children, Jazmine and Malakye, and a host of pets. Liza’s children are very active in sports which keep her and Delton very busy during free time. A favourite family activity is spending time enjoying and relaxing on the water. Liza chose to work in real estate because of her love of helping people find the home of their dreams.

Gina Joyiens recently entered the Real Estate business as an Executive Assistant for Moura & Associates Real Estate Services Limited. She is gaining valuable experience and enjoys working with Debbie Moura in the Rental Management area. Her diverse work background includes Insurance Broking, Information Technology and Computer Aided Drafting and Design. Additionally she has taken many courses to enhance her communication skills. While at Moura & Associates, Gina will combine her current skills with her new work experience in order to adapt to the fast-paced business of Real Estate.

Taria Pearman is the newest member of the Moura & Associates team. As the new Marketing Assistant, it is her job to help Kathy Lines, Liza Outerbridge and Albert Moura to advertise your properties for quick sales. From washing towels at a very young age in a guest house, Taria has grown professionally to become a skilled administrative assistant. She has also taken bookkeeping and accounting courses amongst other workshops to better herself.
